I organised about 15 pieces to be hung in my house through The Hangmaster (art on picture rails, mirrors, towel rails into tile, floating shelves, a tv bracket and tv etc) and my whole experience with Maria in the office and Richard and his team who did the hanging was nothing but fantastic. They are experts at what they do, they were flexible and worked with me, very client focused, and everything was absolutely perfect. Richard and his coworker were extremely friendly and professional, worked quickly, asked me my preference throughout the job, and stayed until everything was exactly right. I will be using them again for all hanging in our house moving forward and I highly recommend you use this company - a great experience from start to finish ☺️ ~ Tina D

The Hangmaster - Richard, is amazing. Purchased a mirror which is 16kg so very heavy to hang on a gyprock wall. Spoke to the Hangmaster and I was assured that the mirror could be put up. If not, alternative places would be suggested or I wouldn't be charged if the job wasn't completed. Maria (who I dealt with over text), was excellent at communication and keeping me up to date with scheduling. Received a text from Richard 20mins before he was due to arrive the morning of installation. Richard was friendly and courteous, and put up the mirror all within 15 mins of arriving. He left the area neat and tidy and best of all, my mirror is securely up with the cavity slider intact behind the wall. Thanks for 5 star service. ~ Ros B

Update after original review below: Jannik & Richard visited our new house today and - nearly 3 years after my last review of The Hangmaster - and they’ve more than upheld the standard Roger set in my last house. 47 items/mirrors/artwork/tv wall mounted with precision and care in less than 2 hours. I couldn’t be happier, and again, I can’t recommend the team at The Hangmaster highly enough! Roger completed hanging 11 pictures including 9 as a gallery wall in my home. He was exceptional - his attention to detail is second to none. Maria was very communicative, and together they’re a force to be reckoned with. I highly recommend The Hangmaster for anyone who wants to hang pretty much anything in their home or office, and who values attention to detail and service above and beyond! One picture missing in the photos as I’m waiting on delivery of a frame :). ~ Deb P

If I could give 7 (out of max possible 5) stars I most certainly would. Staff who attended to my request for the task were punctual, professional in every way possible, courteous, helpful and importantly they were experienced. Overall the experience was great plus my job was scheduled / executed within 5 working days of my request which was amazing. The price list of their services (comprehensive) is available on their website which means you know exactly what the cost would be in advance, and prices are very reasonable. I got several paintings hung, got a dryer wall mounted plus got 5 shelves fixed on the wall. The shelves mounting part was quite tricky, but successfully done with zero guidance required. I simply provided a diagram with dimensions required .. rest they executed with no further help from me (picture of finished product attached). Highly recommended, look no further. ~ Jaipreet S

Professional Organisation. From the initial quote from Maria. She was friendly, precise and most importantly quick in responding to my online quote request. I failed to realise they were closed over the Christmas period. However Maria responded to me even though they were on holidays. She arranged to have me slotted in on a their first day back at work. On the day, they were on time. When they are on their way you receive a link for live tracking location of your tradesmen. Josh and Richard hung up my 3 items (2 x pieces of artwork and 1 mirror). Both men were extremely polite and were respectful of my home and belongings. Their attention to detail was exceptional . Plus they cleaned up after themselves. So impressed with their work ethic. These guys were fantastic. They hung a wall of frames for me about a year ago. I was recently thinking of getting the new wall done and forgot that I had not written them a review. The guy came out and was dealing with some very uneven Ikea frames, which are difficult to line up with one another because the hooks at the back are all a little different making them line up when hanging on the wall extremely difficult. Appreciate that hanging stuff on the wall can be a DYI thing from Runnings, but seriously save yourself the irritation and call these guys - even for the smallest job. ~ Tony G

I recently enquired about getting my freshly made acrylic sign hung on the wall behind my desk. To be honest, I wasn't even sure if it was going to be possible or not due to not knowing what was behind the wall I wanted to put it on, however the team assured me that it wasn't a problem and that they'd be able to figure it out on the day. I had Jannik come out to site, and he was extremely professional, polite, and had the right tools for the job. I called a guy referred from a friend who charge me $300 to hang two frames so I can decided to shop around and found hangmaster and they charge me half the price $150 and the young guy Evan came out today. He was so friendly, punctual and did a superb job so fast and efficiently. He was an employee of the company and was so good and so friendly. Good customer service and did the job so well and made it look so easy!!! Lucky company to have Evan working for them! Have referred hangmaster to family and friends!!!! Great job guys!!! I wish I'd found these guys before. They were nothing short of excellent. Very professional and helpful. Very clean, tidy and efficient. Very good value. They made short work of hanging up a heap of paintings that I had been avoiding doing for so long - I only wish someone had told me about them ages ago so I could've had them do the work sooner! Do yourself a favour - don't try hanging a lot of paintings yourself - just get these guys in. They gave great advice on configurations and positioning. I would thoroughly recommend them! ~ Ralph S

2 gentlemen just left my home 24 yrs of age. To help hang some priceless memories from my mother .I cannot not believe!!! the kindness listening attentively precision hanging they did! Another 5 star review to add to all the other 5 star reviews! We had Richard out from The Hang Master to hang 6 framed certificates. He was so cheerful, professional and helpful. I don't have a good eye for design or layout or anything spacial, Richard was happy to suggest a layout which turned out perfectly. He carefully measured everything up and installed with great care. He was even able to work around my computer and peripherals on my study desk with no fuss. Highly recommend! ~ Jo W

Evan came to my house to hang about 20 pictures and a few clocks. Wow, what a very pleasant, skilled and professional young man. Excellent job in every regard, clearly very skilled in all aspects of hanging on walls. No mess. No cleaning up after, just total satisfaction. Exceptional company, highly recommend. It is very rare to find such friendly, efficient and competent tradesmen nowadays, so these guys were a breath of fresh air. Within 1.5 hours they had hung about 12 items in my house including shelves and mirrors. Hello. The Hangmaster service is honestly a premium service. I had Josh and Jaxon come over to hang mirrors and wall art. They were not only quick but so helpful during the install. They even moved my bed so it was centered in the room and to the wall art. I texted Roger on a Sunday to query something about the install and he was very helpful and responsive! I was recommended to use Roger's services by a friend who had been very happy with the work done at her house. I contacted Roger right before Christmas and was so grateful that his apprentice was able to hang my 12 canvases and glass prints the very next day. Josh and Jackson from The Hangmaster hung all the pictures in my new house for me, twelve things total with a couple of really big paintings. They were right on time and did a fantastic job, everything was done exactly how I wanted it and it looks great. They were very professional and friendly and didn't leave any mess. The two guys that came to hang a big tv in our bedroom.. it was done in a matter of 10-15 minutes so fast and efficient In and out professional and friendly guys Highly recommend them they know what their doing.. price was a bit steep for the time the were here and we provided the bracket but it is what it is.. it obviously goes on flat rate not time! Perfection is the word I would use to describe the work provided by Roger and Josh. Not only were they early but they took great care of my vintage cinema day bill posters. They also provided ideas for frame placement to create the best effect possible. Incredible experience from the initial inquiry through to the install. The staff that came out to install my black glass board on my office wall were professional, friendly and respectful...
